Elmer de Bruin

Elmer de Bruin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international policy and transport logistics. Currently serving as President and Vice President of the IRU Goods Transport Council since May 2020, Elmer de Bruin has played a pivotal role in shaping international transport policies.
