Leo Hoogenberg

Leo Hoogenberg currently serves as a member of the municipal council in Emmen since March 2022. Over a distinguished career spanning several decades, Leo has held various roles at Transport en Logistiek Nederland since April 1999, including relationship management, spatial planning specialist, regional manager for North and East, and regional consultant. Prior to this, Leo was the location manager at Bode Scholten B.V. from October 1997 to April 1999 and served as the executive secretary at Wever Totaal Transport from September 1985 to October 1997. Leo's educational background includes a propedeuse in law from the University of Groningen, completed between 1979 and 1985, and VWO certification from GSG Emmen from 1972 to 1979.
