Graham Banks

Graham Banks has extensive experience in transport management, currently serving as Customer Travel Information Manager at Transport for Greater Manchester since October 2006. In this role, Graham has focused on managing the highway network to minimize disruptions and improve journey times through effective partnerships with local traffic managers, transport operators, and key agencies. Previous roles at the organization include Travel Demand Manager, Key Route Network Corridor Manager, and Control Centre Officer, where Graham oversaw transport conditions using traffic monitoring technology. Prior to joining Transport for Greater Manchester, Graham worked as a Manager at Coral and held positions as Heavy Rail Auditor and Data Collector.
