Sean Dyball

Head Of Customer Experience at Transport for Greater Manchester

Sean Dyball has over 13 years of experience in customer engagement and customer relations. Sean started their career at TfGM in 2008 as a Customer Relations Officer and worked their way up to become a Customer Services Manager, leading a team of over 50 people. In this role, they successfully established an industry-leading team in customer engagement. In 2016, they joined Transport for Greater Manchester as the Head of Customer Engagement before being promoted to Head of Customer Experience in July 2021.

Sean Dyball attended West Hill School from 1994 to 1999. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled in Ashton Sixth Form College from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a degree in Law at the University of Hull, graduating with a 2:1 Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2004.
