Ben Jones

Ben Jones has extensive experience in technology architecture, with a current role as Customer Technology Architecture Manager at Transport for London since July 2011, where responsibilities expanded from Solution Architect to Domain Architect Lead. Previously, Ben served as a Senior Consultant at Accenture Services, focusing on technical architecture consulting and custom solution delivery. Prior experience includes roles at Gala Coral Group as Solution Architect, Development Team Lead, Senior Analyst Programmer, and Business Systems Analyst, where Ben contributed to high transaction throughput systems and managed development teams. Early career experience includes a Software Engineer position at BAE Systems, covering the full software engineering lifecycle. Ben holds a Diploma in Management Studies and a CIM (APEL) from Nottingham Trent University, as well as a degree in Computer Software and Systems Engineering from the University of Greenwich.
