David Carroll Be Ceng Miei

David Carroll BE CEng MIEI is an experienced civil engineer with a substantial background in planning and design, currently serving as a Planning Engineer at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since April 1998. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Design Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, where responsibilities included the design of complex ground settlement mitigation measures for the first high-speed railway. David also contributed to the Jubilee Line Extension Project as a Utilities Engineer, managing design and site supervision for utilities across an extensive network. Earlier career positions included Section Engineer roles at Olympia & York and Mowlem Management, overseeing significant construction projects in London, and starting as a Water Services Engineer at Drogheda Borough Council, focusing on hydraulic modeling for wastewater systems. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin.
