Fergus Meehan

Fergus Meehan is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Inspector in the Roads Capital division at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since June 2022, Fergus has previously held various engineering positions at Sligo County Council from June 2004 to June 2022, including Senior Executive Engineer and Executive Engineer roles. Early career experience includes a Graduate Engineer position at Roscommon County Council from 2002 to 2004. Fergus holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in General Civil Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Engineering from Trinity College Dublin.
