Mary Flynn

Mary Flynn is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Inspector at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since June 2022, Mary previously held various engineering positions at Cork County Council, including Senior Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer, and Assistant Engineer in the Roads Directorate from February 2014 to June 2022. Earlier in their career, Mary was employed by Apple as a Channel Support Account Manager for the Middle East, and worked as a Resident Engineer at Mott MacDonald on the River Suir Drainage Scheme. Additional experiences include roles as Section Engineer at Roadbridge Ltd and Graduate Engineer at Mowlem. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering from University College Cork and a Postgraduate degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Munster Technological University.
