Terry Daniels

Terry Daniels has extensive experience in labor relations and union leadership, currently serving as the Director of Human and Civil Rights at the Transport Workers Union of America International Union since March 2009. Daniels has held various roles within the Transport Workers Union, including Transit Representative and COPE Political Field Staff, organizing state conference meetings and managing political contributions. Previously, as President from April 2006 to June 2007, Daniels presided over union affairs for approximately 4,000 employees of Miami-Dade County's transit system and chaired significant committees. With a foundational background as a Bus Traffic Controller and Bus Operator at Miami-Dade Transit, alongside supervisory experience at UPS, Daniels holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
