Yoriko Kishimoto

Vice President Of The Board Of Directors at Transportation Choices for Sustainable Communities

Yoriko Kishimoto has extensive experience in environmental and community service roles. Currently serving as Director for Ward 2 at the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District since January 2010, Yoriko also holds positions as a Board Member for Anderson Valley Land Trust and as Alternate Commissioner for the Bay Conservation and Development Commission. Additional roles include Commissioner for Santa Clara Local Agency Formation Commission and Councilor for Save the Redwoods League. Yoriko co-founded Friends of Caltrain and has served as Vice President of Transportation Choices for Sustainable Communities. Past involvement includes a two-year term as Chair of the Santa Clara Valley Water Commission and board membership with TransForm. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University and a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Wesleyan University.
