Jessica Heafner has extensive experience in operations and client services within the transportation sector, currently serving as the Director of FAP Operations at Transportation Insight since July 2013. Previous roles at the same company encompass various positions, including Manager of Client Services and Senior Manager of Processing Services. Earlier in their career, Jessica worked at Booksurge Publishing as a Corrections Specialist, managing manuscript submissions and ensuring specifications were met, as well as at Baker Manufacturing as an Office Manager, where daily operations and payroll processing were key responsibilities.
