Allison Kender

Allison Kender began her career at TRC in 2014 as an engineer in the Dummy Management Lab at the Vehicle Research and Test Center. She was appointed manager of the Biomechanics and Crashworthiness group prior to directing the Technical Services group. In 2021, Allison took on the role as Chief People Officer. Allison was recently recognized by the Automotive Women's Alliance Foundation as the AWAF Emerging Leader for 2020. Internally, she has been crucial in developing a number of culture initiatives at TRC including the TRC WOMEN group and Culture Task Force. She also helped launch TRC’s Research Consortium for Crashworthiness in Automated Driving Systems (RCCADS). Allison holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
