Daniel Sierra

Daniel Sierra is an accomplished professional in the reinsurance industry, currently serving as AVP - Lead Catastrophe Analyst at TransRe since March 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel held positions as Senior Reinsurance Risk Analyst at EMC Insurance Companies and at TRANSATLANTIC REINSURANCE COMPANY as both Property Treaty Underwriter and Senior Catastrophe Analyst. Daniel also worked at Willis Re as Assistant Vice President and began their career at Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Ltd., where roles included Sr. Risk Analyst and Risk Analyst. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, acquired between 2003 and 2008.
