Dan Steel

Dan Steel is an experienced instructor specializing in military education with a focus on advanced technology systems. Currently serving as an instructor at Transtecs Corporation since October 2019, Dan Steel teaches AEGIS shipboard weapon systems and offers courses in computer networking and cybersecurity to military personnel. Prior to this role, Dan Steel spent a decade in the US Navy, where contributions included developing and instructing on the Aegis Ballistic Missile System UYQ-21 Electronics suite and operating the UYQ-21 Display and Computer suite on naval vessels. Dan Steel's educational background includes general education studies at Moorpark College and a high school diploma from Adolfo Camarillo High School.
