Bayu Utama Alemania has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2012, they worked as a Heavy Equipment Administration at Bintang Dinamika Versi. In 2013, they were a Sales Consultant at PT Putra Borneo Nusantara Indah. From 2011 to 2016, they served as a Production Officer at Spring Production Event Organizer. In 2016, they joined PT eBdesk Teknologi as a Business Development Trainer and later transitioned to the role of Lead UI/UX & Graphic Design.
