Shantel Smith

Shantel Smith is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience at TransUnion, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Cloud Transformation since June 2000. Key achievements include orchestrating a comprehensive cloud transformation, directing a 300+ member team, and generating significant operational efficiencies. Under Shantel's leadership, the organization successfully reduced application and data landscape to the cloud, launched extensive professional development programs, and improved both cost efficiencies and developer experience. Previously, Shantel held various leadership positions at TransUnion, including Vice President roles in Global Solutions Engineering and Global Decisioning, where impressive revenue growth and operational improvements were achieved. Shantel holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University. Currently serving as a Board Member for Genesys Works, Shantel continues to contribute to organizational success on multiple fronts.
