Srinivas Kotagiri

Srinivas K. currently serves as the Director of Observability at TransUnion since 2020, leading the global Observability Engineering and Operations team and implementing a strategic vision for monitoring and logging in Hybrid cloud environments. With prior experience at TransUnion from 2006 to 2019 in various management roles, Srinivas successfully developed a comprehensive monitoring strategy and oversaw IT Service Management processes. Earlier, Srinivas held a position at Rolta as an ITIL/Monitoring Lead Engineer and consulted on CA ServiceDesk and other solutions. Srinivas holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
