Jason Fletcher

Jason Fletcher has over 20 years of work experience in engineering roles. Jason started their career at TransLink Systems, where they worked on the Melbourne City Link Construction Project, managing the supply and installation of electronic signage. Jason also worked on the South East Transit Project in Brisbane, where they were responsible for coding and commissioning control systems for jet fans and stormwater pumps.

Later, at Alstom, Jason worked on various projects such as the WestLink M7 Motorway in Sydney, the Queensland Transport Inner Northern Busway, and the Sydney Harbour Tunnel Project. In these roles, they specialized in controls software, commissioning, and PLC coding.

In 2006, Jason joined UGL as a Senior Control Systems Engineer. Jason worked on the Epping Chatswood Rail Line project, leading a team of engineers in implementing the central control system. Jason also worked on the Lane Cove Tunnel Project, coding PLC control software for fire systems and toll system monitoring.

Since 2017, Jason has been working at Transurban as a Senior ITS Engineer and was later promoted to Principal ITS Engineer.

Jason Fletcher attended the University of Technology Sydney, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Jason completed their education in 1997.
