Radika Lucas

Radika Lucas is a seasoned engineering professional with a focus on asset performance and reliability management, currently serving as the Asset Performance and Reliability Manager at Transurban since April 2023. With extensive experience across various sectors, including roles such as Deputy Chief Inspector at Resources Safety & Health Queensland and managerial positions at Urban Utilities and CleanCo Queensland, Radika has a comprehensive background in integrated operations planning and asset management. Previous experience includes significant contributions to Santos Ltd and ConocoPhillips in production management and operations support, complemented by a solid educational foundation with a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide and dual degrees in Engineering and Chemistry from Hope College.
