Don Pham

Don Pham has over a decade of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Don is currently a Business Development Executive at TRANSVALOR AMERICAS CORP since 2022. Before that, they worked at ExxonMobil as a Digital Transformation, Acceleration Hub Advisor for two years, where they contributed to cross-upstream data foundation and collaborated with third-party vendors for reservoir surveillance and optimization using downhole acoustic sensors. Don also spent seven years at CGG, where they held a series of executive roles, including Executive Vice President Technology (CTO), Executive Vice President Sales Marketing, and Geomarket Director. In these positions, they delivered technology plans aligned with business strategy, managed intellectual property, coordinated cross-business line global sales and marketing operations, established and maintained client relationships with International Oil Companies, National Oil Companies, Independents, and government institutions, and represented CGG as a Board member of joint ventures in Vietnam, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Don Pham participated in the Global Leadership Development Program at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business in 2004. It is unknown whether they obtained a degree from this program. Additionally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Nuclear Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, although the start and end years for this degree are not provided.
