Eli Bernal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, Eli worked at SO Connect, where they served as a Key Account Manager and Product Manager, focusing on business strategy and development. In 2013, Eli began working as a Professor in Business Schools, teaching classes and workshops on Agile Sales, Innovation Business Management, and methodologies. They also collaborated with tech organizations and business schools to improve sales processes.

In 2015, Eli founded their own startup called BWISE SYSTEMS | BConnected, where they served as CEO and Founder. They managed multiple areas of the company, including general management, product development, sales, and operations. The startup was eventually acquired by a competitor.

Throughout their career, Eli held positions at various companies such as ON HOTEL TECH & CTYTAB, where they were CEO and developed a Saas product for the hotel industry. They were also Chief Sales Officer at Laboratorios Klein Cosmética, s.l. - Grupo Klein, leading the company's digital transformation and sales department.

In 2017, Eli worked at Plain Concepts as a Sales and New Business Development Manager, focusing on innovation and new technologies. They later joined Tranxfer as the Global Sales Director & Innovation, responsible for developing innovative solutions and leading the company's strategy and growth.

In 2019, Eli became a Partner/Founder at CityMe, a travel tech startup, where they served as the B2B Business Director. They were involved in founding and accelerating the startup, which became profitable after two rounds of funding.

Currently, Eli is working at EIT Urban Mobility as a Startup Evaluator & Innovation/Commercial Consultant for EU Projects & Programms. Their role involves evaluating startups and providing consultation on innovation and commercial aspects.

Eli Bernal has a diverse educational background. In 2003 to 2008, they earned a Licenciada en Psicologia degree from the Universitat de Barcelona. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a double titulacion from EAE Business School and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, focusing on Management. Eli Bernal also completed a Proficiency (English level) program at St. Paul's School. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Master Complex Network & Cybersecurity Sciences from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Additionally, in 2023, they attended Esade to pursue a Professional Development Program in B2B Management, focusing on Management and B2B studies.
