Ritesh Kumar

Ritesh Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ritesh began their career as a Summer Intern at BHP Billiton in 2009 while studying at the University of Western Australia. After graduating, they joined Aranca as an Equity Research Associate from November 2011 to April 2012. Ritesh then moved on to Ambit Holdings Private Limited, where they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst from May 2012 to October 2014. In 2015, Ritesh joined Everstone Capital Advisors as an Investment Professional for the year. Most recently, they co-founded and served as the CEO of TranZact starting from April 2017.

Ritesh Kumar completed their BTech and MTech (Dual Degree) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, between 2006 and 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Inbound Certified accreditation from HubSpot in October 2020 and completed the Startup School program offered by Y Combinator in May 2020. In addition, Ritesh obtained the Open Water Diver certification from PADI in March 2017. Ritesh is also a Level II CFA Candidate, registered with the CFA Institute, and holds the NSE Certified Market Professional certification from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
