Swati Kulkarni

Swati Kulkarni began their work experience in 2002 as a G.M. Operations at Indicus Software Pvt Ltd. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Manager- Human Resource at Pure Information Technology (Usability Research and Design). Following that, they joined Quexst Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Sr Manager- HR from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Manager- HR at Winspire Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Currently, they are the Head- HR at Tranzevo, starting in 2016.

Swati Kulkarni began their education by attending Z P Girls Highscool in Jalna from 1985 to 1991. Following this, they attended J.E.S College in Jalna and obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from 1992 to 1995. Swati then pursued their Master of Arts degree at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar University in Aurangabad from 1996 to 1998, specializing in English. After completing their postgraduate studies, Swati went on to study Human Resources at Symbiosis from 2008 to 2010, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Subsequently, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2010, where they pursued a degree in HR and completed the Advanced HR Management Program.
