Since May 2002, Steve has served as a Professional Auctioneer, Real Estate Broker, and Project Manager at Tranzon Asset Advisors, focusing on facilitating the sale of real estate assets for financial institutions and private sellers. Prior experience includes owning an independent business that represented insurance companies in claims adjudication and working as a claims adjuster for Crawford & Company. Additionally, Steve has a background in claims recovery and customer service from Healthcare Recoveries, Inc., and a notable military career in the United States Army, where roles spanned from paralegal supervisor to senior claims analyst. Educational credentials include a Certified Auctioneer Institute degree from Indiana University Bloomington and legal administrative technician training from the Judge Advocate Generals School.
