Andreea Costa

Andreea Costa has extensive work experience in finance and business development. Andreea started their career at Siemens AG in 2001 as a Manager Accounting Policies Mergers & Acquisitions. Andreea then joined Siemens AG, Munich, Corporate Finance in 2006 as a Senior Manager external financial disclosure. In 2008, they transitioned to MAN SE as the VP, Head of Accounting Policies and Shareholders Management. After eight years, they moved to Volkswagen Truck & Bus in 2016, where they held the position of Finance & Business Development, VP, Mergers & Acquisitions. In 2017, they moved to TRATON Group as the Finance & Business Development, VP, Head of Methods and Processes / Finance Projects.

Andreea Costa's education history includes completing the CPA Exam in New Jersey. Andreea also attended the University of Economic Studies in Bucharest, where they studied Business Administration. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a focus on M&A from the University of Münster.
