From 2021 to 2023, Del C. worked at Fortum as the Head of Customer Engagement Development & Analytics, focusing on customer engagement and data analytics. Before joining Fortum, Del C. worked at Inter IKEA Group as the Business Steering Manager, overseeing financial reporting and insights into IKEA's global performance.
