Vijay Kumar

Vijay Kumar has extensive experience in operations management and revenue assurance, currently serving as Operations Manager cum Revenue Assurance and Loss Prevention Manager at Travel Food Services Pvt Ltd and K Hospitality Group since October 2015. Prior to these roles, Vijay was Duty Manager Operations cum Food Court Manager at Infiniti Mall from June 2011 to October 2015, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, guest relations, and staff oversight, as well as ensuring hygiene and safety standards. Vijay began the career as an F&B Executive at Indigo Hospitality from July 2008 to August 2010, focusing on guest management and staff training. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Hotel Management from Sri Nivas College of Hotel Management in Mangalore, obtained between 1998 and 2002, and a prior degree from BKSC, Bokaro Steel City from 1995 to 1998.
