Laura T.

Laura T. has extensive experience in quality assurance and user acceptance testing, currently serving as a Senior QA Engineer at Travel + Leisure Co. since October 2018. Prior to this role, Laura worked at Group RCI for over a decade, where responsibilities included writing test scripts, performing testing on software and hardware, and managing defects related to various projects. Laura also has a strong background in customer service, having received multiple awards for excellence in providing support to RCI members. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ball State University and an Associate of Science in English from Ivy Tech Community College.
