Michael V Francisco has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Michael V started their career in 2000 as an Art Director and Multimedia Designer at Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects, where they managed the artistic development of marketing materials and corporate publications. Michael V then worked as a Web Administrator/Developer and Graphic Designer at The City of Roswell, where they were responsible for designing and developing web applications and sites.

In 2006, Michael joined Bellsouth Enterprises Inc as an Application/Information Architect, where they played a key role in managing projects and carrying out technical and business analysis. Michael V also worked as a Professor of Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Atlanta from 2003 to 2011.

From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Creative Director and Principal User Experience Designer at Rare Medium Atlanta, overseeing the UI/UX strategy and creative direction of eCommerce projects. Michael V then moved on to become a UX Lead at State Farm, directing multidisciplinary teams to create engaging product experiences aligned with business goals.

In 2017, Michael worked as a Digital Creative Director at Basecamp Networks, where they were responsible for developing brand and product strategy, as well as driving UI/UX strategies for various market verticals. Michael V also worked as a Senior UX Designer/Architect at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), contributing to the digital experience design of mobile apps.

Most recently, Michael worked as a Senior Product Designer at Travel Syndication Technology (TST), where they utilized their expertise in product design to enhance the company's offerings. Throughout their career, they have collaborated with various stakeholders, managed teams, and contributed to the overall growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Michael V Francisco completed their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design, from 1996 to 2000. Michael V then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from DeVry University, from 2001 to 2003.
