John Zmaila

John Zmaila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in restaurant operations within the travel industry. Currently serving as the Director of Restaurant Operations Support at TravelCenters of America since August 2021, John has previously held the position of Regional Operations Specialist. Prior to this role, John worked at Travel Center of America from June 2016 to August 2021 as a District Manager. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
