Lana Williams has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and property management industries. Lana began their career in 2009 as an Assistant Property Manager at REL Management, where they gained valuable experience in property management. In 2012, Lana joined Travelers Haven as an Associate Director in the Housing Location department, where they were responsible for coordinating housing solutions for clients. Lana then transitioned to the role of Senior Client Account Manager-Team Lead in 2016, where they focused on client relationships and business growth. In 2019, they took on the role of Associate Manager- Account Management, providing tailored housing solutions and managing key accounts for Travelers Haven's largest division. Currently, Lana holds the position of Director of Client Advocacy, where they work cross-functionally to implement practices and processes that improve the customer experience. Lana'sgoal is to integrate technology and excellent customer service to create a hybrid model that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
