Michael Carpenter

Michael Carpenter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business performance analytics and management information reporting. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Business Performance Analytics at Travelers Europe since April 2022, Michael previously held positions at MS Amlin from January 2012 to April 2022, where responsibilities included the development of business-critical financial close processes and the production of management information reports using advanced data manipulation tools. Prior to that, Michael worked as an Underwriting Analyst at QBE European Operations from October 2007 to January 2012, acting as the focal point for MI reporting and contributing to performance improvements for branches and coverholders. Earlier in their career, Michael was an MI Officer at Highway Insurance, responsible for performance reporting that shaped business strategies. Michael holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies & Law from the University of East Anglia and A levels in English, Economics, and History from Suffolk College.
