Cindy Mitchell

Cindy Mitchell is the CPO at Traveling Coaches. Prior to their current role, they were with IBM for over 20 years, where they served as Services Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic direction and subject matter expertise in the design and development of GTS Services, including mobility services, cloud managed services, service management, and end user services. Cindy also led and managed cross functional teams to ensure successful deployment of service offerings to customers.

Cindy has a proven track record in product management and innovation, with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction. Cindy is a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and develop long-term plans to achieve objectives. Cindy is an excellent communicator and motivator, with the ability to build relationships and gain buy-in from stakeholders.

Cindy Mitchell has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of North Texas, and a certification in Power PDF Master Class from Traveling Coaches. Cindy also has a degree in Journalism from William Paterson University of New Jersey.

Cindy Mitchell reports to Gina Buser, CEO & Founder. They work with Tracie Beck - Director of Finance, Frank Barnard - COO, and Robert Wilson - Training Manager.
