Shelley Riggs

Shelley Riggs is an experienced professional in the travel industry with a career spanning over two decades at Travelink, American Express Travel. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Training & Software Systems since February 2000, Shelley has previously held the role of Manager of Training & Client Services. In addition, Shelley was the Interim BTS Director of Operations for Travelink American Express from January 2018 to June 2018. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Eastern Kentucky University and has a solid educational foundation from both the University of Kentucky and Mason County High School.
