Alan Pugh

Alan Pugh is currently the Head of Customer Success at TravelJoy, where Alan is involved in modernizing travel professionals' workflow. Prior to this role, Alan was the Customer Experience and Success Lead at GlossGenius, and the Director of Information Technology at _HelloTech_. Alan also has experience as the Owner of Comrade's BBQ and has held various roles at Quicken Loans, Best Buy, and Geek Squad. Alan holds an AAS in Electronic Engineering - Computer Maintenance and Networking from Lorain County Community College.
