Lena Kosmalski

Lena Kosmalski has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Lena began their career at Blum Holiday-Tours GmbH as a Project Manager and Trainee at all Departments from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Tourguide | Shore Excursions at sea chefs Human Resources Services GmbH. Lena then joined trip.me as a Sales Operations Lead and Sales & Account Manager from 2018 to 2021. Most recently, they have been employed at TravelLocal as a Product Manager and Project Lead since 2021.

Lena Kosmalski is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Business Psychology at Victoria | International University of Applied Sciences, beginning in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) between 2012 and 2015. In 2021, they also obtained a Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) certification from LinkedIn. In 2015, they obtained an IHK Trainer Aptitude Exam, compliant with AEVO (Ausbildereignung) certification from the Industrie- und Handelskammer Bodensee-Oberschwaben.
