Brett Wright

Brett Wright has a diverse background in various roles within the technology, finance, and customer service industries.

In 2008, Brett started their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where they began as a Help Desk Associate, handling inbound calls from small business merchants and resolving technical issues related to credit card terminals and other point-of-sale equipment. In 2009, they transitioned into the role of Relationship Manager, where they managed and supported small business merchant credit card processing accounts, acting as a transaction processing consultant for clients. They also provided alternative processing solutions and options, and monitored and analyzed the financial consequences of processing methods to help clients minimize costs. From 2013 to 2015, Brett worked as a Personal Banker and Small Business Specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co., assisting the branch in meeting sales objectives by prospecting for new small business customers, servicing existing clients, and providing top-notch customer service.

In 2015, Brett joined Ascent Processing Inc. as a Technical Relationship Manager. In this role, they acted as a technical liaison between clients, internal departments, vendors, and software partners. They coordinated new partner software integrations and client onboardings, as well as assisted with API integrations between partners and payment gateways.

Brett's most recent work experience is with TravelNet Solutions, starting in 2020. They began as an Implementation Specialist, responsible for implementing software solutions for clients. In 2021, they advanced to the role of Lead Implementation Consultant, where they took on a leadership position and oversaw the implementation process. In 2021, Brett transitioned into the role of Solutions Architect, focusing on designing and implementing solutions for clients. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Solutions Architect, utilizing their expertise to lead the architectural and technical aspects of projects for clients.

Brett Wright began their education at Chattahoochee High School, where they completed a College Preparatory Diploma in General Education from 2003 to 2007. Brett went on to attend Mesa Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Unfortunately, they did not complete their Associate's Degree at Mesa Community College.
