Dixie Rinanti Nugita

Dixie Rinanti Nugita is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and shared services management. Currently serving as the People Shared Service Manager at Traveloka since November 2021, Dixie oversees HR shared services, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefit operations for Indonesia and Singapore. Previous roles include Recruitment Manager, where Dixie managed global hiring processes across multiple countries, and Head of Talent Acquisition at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, focusing on recruitment transformation and manpower planning. With experience at prominent companies such as Tetra Pak and Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia, Dixie has spearheaded various recruitment initiatives and improvement projects. Dixie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and was nominated for the HR Excellence Award in 2019.
