Matt Quinn

Matt Quinn serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA & Transformational Projects at Travelopia since March 2022, managing a team focused on global hiring and leading transformative initiatives for 26 travel brands across 27 countries. Previously, Matt held several roles at Magnox Ltd, including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Resourcing Lead, where responsibilities involved enhancing recruitment processes and contributing to the NDA People Strategy. At the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Matt worked as Resourcing Manager, managing recruitment across diverse functions and establishing new resourcing processes. Earlier career highlights include leading recruitment at A Wilderness Way Ltd and a focus on compliance with Safer Recruitment and OFSTED standards, while also managing operational projects. Matt is currently pursuing a Practitioner qualification in Change Management with IT Online Learning and has a background in education from Lakes College West Cumbria and The Campion School.
