Stephen Brann

Stephen Brann has extensive work experience in financial compliance and accounting roles. Stephen began their career in 1993 at KPMG UK as a Senior Audit Manager, where they provided audit services to external listed clients. In 1987, they served as a Commissioned Army Officer in the British Army. From 2003 to 2020, Stephen held various positions at TUI, including Head of UK Group Accounting, Group Overseas Financial Controller, Specialist & Activity Sector Financial Controller, and Internal Audit Manager. During their time at TUI, they were responsible for managing the Group's Legal Entity Rationalisation project and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory reporting requirements. In 2020, Stephen joined Travelopia as the Head of Financial Compliance, overseeing the development of the Group's Internal Audit plan.

Stephen Brann studied at Haywards Heath Sixth Form College from 1982 to 1984, where they pursued A-Levels in Economics, Law, and History. Stephen then attended Keele University from 1984 to 1987, earning a BA (Hons) in International Relations.
