Laura Fuentes Lopez

Laura Fuentes Lopez has a diverse work experience. Laura started their career as a Product Support Intern at TravelPerk in May 2018. After that, they interned as a Customer Success Intern at TravelPerk for nine months from September 2018 to March 2019. Laura then transitioned into the role of Implementation Specialist at TravelPerk, where they worked closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to assist customers in setting up their companies and employees on TravelPerk's platform. Laura'sresponsibilities included understanding customer needs and goals and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. In their most recent role at TravelPerk, Laura served as a Team Lead Coach Player, providing implementation support. Additionally, Laura briefly worked as a Barista at Starbucks in March and May 2018.

Laura Fuentes Lopez completed their education at Universitat de Girona from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Tourism with a focus on the management of tourism services and travel. In 2017 to 2018, they participated in the Erasmus + Program at Stenden, studying International Tourism Studies. In addition to their formal education, Laura has also obtained certifications in PRINCE2 Agile™ Project Management from Udemy in August 2021 and in Time Management for Personal & Professional Productivity from Coursera in April 2020.
