Ruxandra Popescu

Ruxandra Popescu is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as the Event Marketing Manager at TravelPerk since November 2018, overseeing external in-real-life events including conferences, private gatherings, and co-hosted events. Prior to this role, Ruxandra held various positions within TravelPerk, including Content Production Manager and Webinar Specialist, where responsibilities included planning and executing marketing campaigns and organizing online events. Ruxandra co-founded Cabana Libre in 2016, facilitating over 100 contemporary art experiences across Europe. With a background as a freelance photographer and co-founder of Optic Party, Ruxandra has developed a diverse skill set in event organization and visual storytelling. Ruxandra's early career included training roles at BlueLink International and an internship at Jan Van Eyck Academie, complemented by a Master's degree in Arts & Heritage from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre and Media Studies from University College Roosevelt.
