Rajiv Singh

Rajiv Singh has a diverse work experience in the technology and software development industry. Rajiv started their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Title Resource Group in 2006, where they conducted functional testing for a .NET client application used by brokerage companies in the US. In 2008, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst/Lead, where they managed onsite project delivery and coordinated with onsite and offshore resources.

In 2013, Rajiv joined Travelport and held multiple roles throughout their tenure. Rajiv started as a Lead Business Analyst, responsible for analyzing service center tickets and answering support queries for customers. Rajiv also mentored and trained team members and reviewed functional documentation. In 2014, they were promoted to Manager of Software Development Engineering, serving as the key liaison between the product/business team and the technical team. Rajiv translated major business requirements into technical specifications and recommended and developed solutions for clients' business challenges.

In 2018, Rajiv became the Director of Software Development Engineering, leading programs from concept to completion and providing guidance in strategic planning and complex problem solving. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Senior Director of Technology, where they focused on API developer experience, API customer support, telemetry and operational dashboard reporting, and API demo site development and training support. In 2023, Rajiv was promoted to Vice President of Technology at Travelport, where they continue to contribute to the company's success.

Rajiv Singh completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computers from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they received their ICSE and ISC High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Rajendra Vidyalaya between 1995 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, Rajiv obtained several certifications, including "Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Product Manager," "Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner," "Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner," "Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager," and "Harvard ManageMentor."
