Laura Martin

Laura Martin has worked in the Human Resources field since 2008. Laura began their career as a Recruiter at TP Argentina S.A., where they managed recruitment processes, designed and published job postings, pre-selected CVs, conducted telephone and group interviews, and created reports. In 2010, they joined Despegar.com as an IT HR Analyst and Recruiter, where they managed simultaneous search processes for technology profiles, such as project leaders, programmers, functional analysts, etc. In 2016, they joined Almundo as an HRBP & Talent Acquisition Manager, IT & Product HR Manager, IT & Product HR Business Partner, and Regional IT Talent Acquisition Coordinator & HR Business Partner. In 2021, they became the Head of Digital Talent Acquisition at Brubank, and in 2022 they were appointed as the HR Manager at TravelX.

Laura Martin holds a Lic. en Psicología from the University of Buenos Aires.
