Michael Ranta

Michael Ranta currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Product Management Group at Travers Tool Co., Inc., guiding departmental growth initiatives since November 2021. Previously, as a Product Category Manager, Michael developed and executed strategies to increase sales and market share at Travers Tool and IncStores.com from January 2019 to November 2021. In the role at IncStores.com, Michael collaborated with category analysts to create comprehensive category playbooks. Earlier experience includes serving as a Product Development Manager & Brand Strategist at The Encampment Company, where Michael focused on building effective business relationships, and as an Operations Specialist/Supervisor at Innospec Inc., supporting operations through a data-driven approach. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Arizona State University.
