Laura von Kardorff

Laura von Kardorff has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Laura began as an intern at Schloss Elmau Luxury Spa, Retreat & Cultural Hideaway in October 2012. Laura then worked as an intern at Arabella Reisen & Touristik from January 2013 to April 2015. From August 2015 to April 2018, they worked as a Human Resource Management professional at Jonas Better Place GmbH. After that, they joined Personio in May 2018 as an Implementation Manager until December 2019. Subsequently, they took up the role of Educational Content Manager at Personio from January 2020 to April 2021. Then, they worked at statworx as a People Specialist from May 2021 to December 2022. Laura then moved on to Parkdepot in January 2023 as a Team Lead in People Analytics until August 2023. Currently, they are working at Travian Games as the HR Business Partner & Team Lead.

Laura von Kardorff completed their Master's degree in General Management, with a focus on Human Resource Management and Finance, from IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Business through a Dual Study program at the same university from 2011 to 2015.
