Matt worked as the Head of Business Process Improvement at Travis Perkins plc, where they led the business process design team and implemented a large-scale ERP system. Matt also served as the Business Process Improvement Manager at Travis Perkins, leading process improvement programs and reducing unallocated cash by 76%. Prior to that, they worked as a Process Excellence Manager at Aldermore Bank PLC, providing Lean Six Sigma capability and reviewing the commercial mortgage origination process. Matt has also worked at Santander UK as a Customer Experience Change Manager and Senior Service Quality Manager, leading cross-divisional projects to improve customer experience. In addition, they have experience at Barclaycard as a Process Re-engineer, Operational Compliance Manager, Reporting Manager, Senior Customer Relations Manager, and Fraud Customer Relations Advisor, where they led process reviews, implemented compliance and risk requirements, developed MI and managed projects, handled customer complaints, and mitigated fraud-related issues.
Matt Webb completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from Durham University, which they attended from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Northampton School for Boys until 1999. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Open University Business School, with an expected completion date in 2022.
