Mona's work experience began in 2013 at ISMAYA GROUP, where they worked as a Human Resources Information System Specialist until January 2015. Mona then joined DGIT Systems in 2015 as a Senior Test Analyst, where they were responsible for creating various testing documents and writing test scenarios and cases. Mona'srole at DGIT Systems lasted until September 2019. In November 2019, Mona joined TRAVLR as a QA Lead, contributing to the development of a global digital platform for travelers.

Mona attended the University of Indonesia and pursued a field of study in Information Technology. Mona obtained a certification in Software Quality Assurance from TestDome in August 2021. No specific start or end years were provided for their education at the University of Indonesia.
