Mathilda Rey

Mathilda Rey is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors including tech, fintech, and retail. Currently serving as the Directrice des ressources humaines at Traxens since July 2021, Mathilda oversees HR practices for 80 employees and has led numerous projects including HR audits and legal contract security. Prior to this role, Mathilda was DRH Adjointe at smartTrade Technologies, managing HR operations for a global team of 200 and implementing significant initiatives such as remote work policies and digital HR tools. Mathilda's earlier roles include Responsable RH at Un Jour Ailleurs, where responsibilities covered a wide geographical region and encompassed recruitment and internal training programs, as well as positions at BNP Paribas and John Stork International, focusing on training and executive search. Mathilda holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Grenoble Ecole de Management and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions such as Universidad de Los Andes and Aix-Marseille University.
