Karina Valeeva

Karina Valeeva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and event coordination. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at TraxNYC since February 2017, Karina has also held roles such as Verification Manager. Previous experience includes managing speaker programs for the Open Innovations event, serving as Program Director's Executive Assistant at the Moscow International Education Fair 2015, and contributing as a Talent Manager at Space Ego Place, where a focus was placed on innovative event experiences. Additionally, Karina was the Director of Public Relations for the Lustra Festival, successfully orchestrating a gathering of over 4,500 attendees. Early career positions included Executive Assistant roles at Shine! Adventures and Salon Marketing, where foundational skills in leadership support were developed. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies from the Higher School of Economics.
